HP Monitor (HP 2009f) purchased as a package with HP Pavilion P6373IN is dead within 8 months of purchasing.
Complaint lodged with HP service on 16/11/10, attended on 18/11/10, till date (18/12/10), they have no clue that they donot have a stock of the monitor.
Everytime a call is made to customer serivce, standard answer, SORRY NO STOCK, DONT KNOW WHEN IT WOULD COME.
For heavens sake, as a customer no one asking them to provide us with a monitor made of platinum where they would have to dig it out from earth & ship it to us.
HOPELESS SERVICE, BETTER OFF BUYING AN ASSEMBLED COMPUTER ATLEADT THAT WAY YOU WOULD HAVE THE REPLACEMENT NEXT DAY.
