Issue on warranty of HP LAPTOP

Dear Sir,

With Due respect i purchased HP PROBOOK 4410S

serial number is CNU0232HQL with one year warranty.

purchasing date is 9 september

and my CD DRIVE is not working properly then for replacing my CD DRIVE we go to the HP service centre REDIGINITION in ranchi, on 8 september and my jobshit number is 2282.he takes my CD DRIVE and till now not response after 45 days he said to me your warranty is expired, so we can not replace your CD DRIIVE

so what i do

please help me..
