Poor service response/ Low Battery back up

Dear Sir,

i have purchased this Laptop in Month of July i have complained for low battery back up first time in month of nov as the battery was unable to give back up for mere one hour despite of a full charged battery. i approached to HP service providers in dwarika nagar visakhapatnam city, but it was of no use, they satisfied me by their words only not by work. As the battery efficiency was decreasing drasasticaly, i approached service provider as many as 4-5 times in last six months, i had requested them to replace the battery, but each time after servicing they replied that this time it will work properly, no solution to meet my requirement was provided. it was very frustrating to see the service provided by a leading company in their field of IT.

Present situation is, the Laptop only works when connected to electric supply, no battery back up. After approaching to same service provider, he suggested to replace the battery.

i am forced in situation where i have to pay an amount for battery for which i am complaining well before expiry of Warranty period in month of july.

Now may i request you to help me by replacing the battery under warranty.

Your support is desperately needed to boost consumer faith.
