I had purchased a HP desktop & 2 HP laser printers in from SV technologies, TIRUPATI. UPS, All in one Inkjet printer for HP desktop & 1toner for each HP printer was supposed to be provided as a part of the offer announced by the dealer in TIRUPATI.
Till to date none of the offers have been provided despite repeated requests. The dealer said that the company hasn't sent the offered products as mentioned and hence he is unable to provide it to me.
Kindly guide me in filing a complaint against the dealer and the company if neccessary.
