Company does not replace

I bought HP desktop ram before 2 year ago. That time shopkeeper told me 3 years ram warranty offer and company was giving 3 years warranty offer before 2 year ago. But today company and shopkeeper close this 3 years warranty offer and they do not repair and replace my ram. So please i request you. Please stop this cheating. Save customers.
