Gift voucher not receive and registration no not receive

Hello sir... I m manoj kumar from delhi... i bought hp HP G62-253TU Notebook PC laptop from new delhi... My serial no is CNF028085K.. The company have provided an offer that if you are sendind the dd oe 2000s along with the serial numberof that particular commodity that they will give gift voucher.. but unfortunately i was not able to send the registration number... I have mention my name on the dd... manoj kumar... Pls reply to my email... Pls take immediate action... pl give me my registration no and voucher. thanks
