Graphics Problem

With respect to the above subject, again I surrendered my HP Notebook at Maha Electronis Pvt. Ltd., Visakhapatnam A.P. againt complaint Token No. NB042610-005 dated 26/04. Still, I didn't get any updated information from HP end.

Product S/N: CND002093D; Product No: WH954PA

issue reported: 1) Non-working of Graphics-Automatic Switch ON

2) Blank Background appearing at the time of Changing of Graphics from Intel Graphic mode

to ATI Graphic Mode and 3) intermittently dull display.
