I have an hp pavilion dv9734tx Entertainment PC, the hinges and the plastic bezel assembly of its LCD is broken that I can't use it without setting a proper support for it, and I need to carry it for my works often, I called hp customer care for the solution but instead of replacing the wrecked parts they said whole LCD has to be replaced which costs 32, 000 Rs. they also said that these parts are not available because the company doesn't make them anymore, I searched online and found that hp is still making those parts, and when I called to a customer support on phone and asked about the parts availability at here so I got a positive response, they said these parts are available, now when I call the service center, I am not getting a proper response, and if i don't manage to change the parts I will loose the LCD also, and that is not making me feel good, so I am planning to go to consumer court, I am very disappointed by the way these so called customer care facilities rob many of us thinking that we can't get proper information about our problem, if you people can help me out with my problem I will be really thankful to you, hp really sucks (pardon my language) they not only sell bad products but they also don't have an even up to the mark costumer support. Hoping for some advice, Thank you.
