I have a HP Pavilion laptop model DV4-1415TU (Serial No.-CND9384JPF) which i purchased it on 19-10. In August, i faced problems regarding battery charging. I have given the laptop in Gurgaon service centre.

I would like to inform you that i am not satisfied with the services provided by HP service centre Gurgaon.

They informed me that there is a problem of motherboard. They have replaced the motherboard and gave back the laptop after 16 days saying that it is now working and battery problem has been resolved.

After receiving it, i used it for 6 days and the same problem occurred again i.e. battery not charging.

I would like to request you for proper diagnostics of my laptop again. Since i am very much upset as far as the services are concerned and suffering since 1 month. Do the needful as soon as possible.
