Laptop is not working properly

Sir, myself ravi garg student of b.tech from lord krishna college of engineering ghaziabad i have purchased a laptop of hp 540 from college on installment basis 3200/ per month for 10 month but from the d day of purchasing my laptop has gone 8 times to RT OUTSOURSING GAZIABAD and everyday there are problems iam mently dipresed from this sir if there is any procesure of return this so please try to solve this problem i cant suffer this
