Non receipt of Norton Antivirus solution (1yr)

Dear HP Redemptions,

It has been four months since you have not sent the antivirus solution to my address as below.

The delay is not under stood.

Your delay and lack of action is causing a threat to my laptop.

If the antivirus solution does not reach my address before 07 August I would take up the case with HP or the associated companies

for further action.

The delay in shipping the antivirus pack is unacceptable.
