I purchased a laptop last year from Vijay Sales Andheri East.
Before the warranty period completed some keys of the laptop started malfunctioning. I submitted the laptop for servicing and gave copy of invoice. When I called up about the status they asked me to come again with copy of invoice. This time the service centre (sakinaka Andheri East) scanned the copy.
Again when I called up they kept me on hold. After several calls last week I got the information that my request for free service has been rejected because the service centre did not submit my invoice copy on time.
My laptop is still with the service centre. I had been given a service number 4607302441 which they now inform me is in closed status.
I request your help in getting my laptop rectified as it is now two months and pending with the service center
I have lost all trust in HP products. I didnot expect it to malfunction. and such shabby service therafter.
