I KARTIKEY VERMA student of architecture study in jaipur and i bought my laptop from my hometown lucknow,

my laptop details are as under:-

S.NO: CNF0163GP2.

MODEL NO.&product no: WZ500PA dv6-3043TX bought from

INITIATIVE DATA SYATEM (P) LTD.

PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT TO DO

on 23-june, within one week i start facing problem with my system. In first week i face problem, for that i contact hp service cente at lucknow they were unablable to help me, than i contact hp support center and register my case with

CASE ID NO:4616362963.

Than i found that my system is showing 2 GB RAM instead of 4GB.

My hard disk get crash in september, so i contact hp service center at jaipur for both the problem, my token no was 5044.

They kept my laptop for one and half month and were not able to solve my problem and every time they give me silly excuses everytime.

After one and half month they return my laptop but again i face the same problem related to RAM of my laptop and after there service my one pendrive port stop working.

Again i contact hp service center jaipur. They said it is not hardware problem it is problem related to BIOS, for that matter they suggested my to contact hp customer care to get BIOS link.than i register my problem with CASE ID NO: 4620584566. I did not get any fruitfull response from them.

Becouse of my studies i was not able to take any action till december and i was not satisfy with the service of jaipur service center.

To resolve my problem relate to RAM i contact hp service center lucknow my case was register with

CASE ID NO:4623310801461.

They return my laptop after one month with new problem after there service, my laptop fan run continuously and my key board is not properly fitted .becouse i am in jaipur i was not able to take any action against new mistake o lucknow service center.

On 27 feb i found that my charger is not working, i submitted it in hp service center jaipur.

They said that ac adaptor does not belonge to my laptop and they close my case.

on my enquiry they refuse to tell me, my ac adaptor serial no or the name of the person to whom the charger belonges, they refuse to help me.

when i deposited my defected adaptor to jaipur service center on 28 feb after 2 days they sent me the final answer via e-mail this is as under:-
