HP Laptop DV6-3116TU
Manufacturing error in Screen

Hi Sir,

I have bought a brand new HP Laptop model DV6-3116TU from a retailer Prodigy Computers, Kukatpally-Hydrabad on 16 april. Same day I saw some problem in display screen I went to the retailer and showed him the problem and said to exchange the Laptop he said he can not replace it but as per my knowledge every company replace the same day sales product.

Kindly suggest me and do the needfull.
