We unfortunate to purchase hp printer last october. The printer is still under warranty since the day of purchase fax line is not working we are trying to book the complaint but of no use after long intruction follow ups we end up with no result. we are very much fed up of hp printer, really we dont know whom to give complaint to solve our problem.
