I bought a MFP1319F printer in December and my warranty was to expire on 29th December so accordingly i had applied for a renewal of warranty vide reference number 8033316151 on the 24th of December. Four months have passed and nothing has been done about it. I keep on calling the customer care and they keep on telling, "we would contact you." Today on 21st April i receive a call from one of HP representatives and i am informed that since my printer is out of warranty today so i cannot be granted extended warranty that is supposed to be given to a printer in warranty. This means for the fault of HP i have to suffer. If HP did not extend my warranty i have to bear the loss of that. if this is the way a company like HP treats its customers then i must say its pretty disappointing and right now i feel cheated and would never go for HP which is only looking to sell products and is so poor at customer services. I am sure this is the last time i purchased a HP product and would never suggest anyone to purchase one.
