After 2 weeks of complaining, I still haven't got a satisfactory response from them. I am directed from one idiot to another, passed on like a football but no results. My hp Mini laptop is still not working. They replaced the hard ware it seems, hey send me the recovery disc but it doesn't get involved. I have been travelling 2 hour to get to their office while they're still not able to help me. No more HP laptops for me. HP sucks big time!
