Dear Sir

I Got HP PAVILION DV 4 SERIES LAPTOP from a dealer in patiala. But with purchasing of getting windowa 7 genuine free.

I bought the same in November. I asked Dealer for windows 7 and he turned me every time with a new excuse. Now he is offering for getting a pirated windows with nominal charges.

i have paid all the payment through Cheque. and having proper bill mentioning each and every thing on it.
