No Delivery of HP Laptop extended warranty pack

I had given a sum of Rs 6618/- against extended warranty pack of my Pavilion DV6 laptop to Emm Aar Traders on Date 9 January. I had made several telephonic conversations but they are not giving me any positive responses. Im trying to contact the concerning persons but now they stop responding me.
