Complaint!!! against order no:3531232-URGENT!!!
I have launched the complaint no:2578461 to your executive Mr, Vinod Singh today that I have received the entire damage product therefor I would like to cancel the same and want my whole money refunded to me at the earliest.
I hereby requesting you to take your consignment back from the below mentioned address since you have delivered the same to my doorstep it is your responsibility to take the same back from my doorstep and refund the money in exchange of your damage product. Since I made the payment by cash I want the refund by same mode and in same fashion as per the exchange of your damage product.
Till date blue dart is not accepting the damage product bcoz they need mail from the Naaptol to receive the damage product. Time and again calling to the customer care and getting the reply that in coming 48hrs they will send the mail to the concerned Blur dart office but in last 8 day's it is still lying with me.
