Dear Sir/ Madam,

1. I had bought an HP laptop DV4 1503TU notebook serial no CND936JFG3 on 10 Dec.

2. Within 3 days of using the said machine, the hard drive crashed. To this I spoke to the dealer who in turn sent the laptop to service centre for repairs.

3. Till date the laptop has not come back from service centre for one or other failure. The dealer has refused to get the laptop replaced as I have lost the packing of laptop.

4. I was totally caught unaware in this regard as I did not anticipate an HP product will malfunction within 3 days of use. Moreover I am not satisfied with the service being currently provided to me as I demand a total replacement of the product which has stayed in HP service center for more duration than with the user.
