HP Printer
Still i didn't receive hp printer for 15months (more than one year)

I bought a compaq computer for Rs.25, 000 in pooja computers (address: #82/152, nelson manickkam road, choolaimedu, chennai-600094.) on 10/3. There is an offer for my computer that is HP UPS and HP 3 in 1 printer, I got an hp ups after 3 months but I still didn't receive HP 3 in 1 printer. Warranty for my computer is 1 year but now 14 months is over. When I call a dealer he is saying that "We are not respond for that and he is disconnecting the phone, when I call another time he is not attending the call."
