I hv buy a printer eq709 made of hp company . i hv a problem with that i send my printer to service center on 14-06 & today is 25/06. they did not solve my problem .they said they dont hv parts.one enginner who is seems newly appointed tell me ur machine which cost appx..15000 is now a useless. they never call me abt the status of printer . please think before u buy a hp printer ...& my printer is just 6 month old... i will never buy hp product in future... my name is rahul & my email id is [email protected]...
