I have purchased a Touch Smart PC from Geonet IT Mall who are delares of HP from Vashi. The PC is not working & the service engineers sent by Geonet do not have knowledge of repair ofthe same. Two engineers have come in last 5 days but they could not repair or even open the back cover of the PC. I am trying to talk to the owner Mr. Vimal but he is not coming on line.
Need support from HP directly to get the hard disc replaced & back up installed on the new disc as identified by first two engineers of Geonet.
