NON RECEIPT OF WARRANTY RENEWELFOR ABOUT ONE MONTH

Dear Sir

I had paid Rs. 4800/- to RT Outsourcing services Ltd., Jaipur for renewal of warranty of Compaq laptop (Presario F 730 EE) on 01/10/09 (Receipt No. S-38742). I was assures that I will receive warranty in 10 days.

Regrettably, I have not received warranty until date.
