Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have purchesed I Ball SMPS from delar on 26.09.2010 serial number: NP1129693, it is not working from the date i purchesed. when i went to the dealer he kept the SMPS with him saying it will be replace with new one from I Ball sevice center Ghatkopar. After one week he handover me one used and repaired SMPS Serial number: NP1067100 without any invoice or confirmation of this is the replacement of privious one. and saying the I Ball company do not replace with new hardware. Pl lat me now what to do?
