Indiatimes.com/8gb green apple mp3/mp4 player
No manual, CD driver & given a defective piece

Hi,

I have ordered 8GB Green Apple MP3 and MP4 Player from Indiatimes.com. On delivery of the product i have not received the user manual neither the CD driver as well it is not even working properly.

On complaining to Indiatimes.com they have promised me for a replacement. But till date no action has being taken.
