Receipt of Micormax Funbook in Damaged Conditions
Hi,
I had placed an order with Indiatimes shopping on 18th May for purchase of Micromax Funbook tablet (Order No. 3001133116). The tablet was recived by me via Bluedart express ltd. on 26th May in a damaged condition. I immediately called up customer care no. 0987684888 and registered a compliant with them the next day (Complaint No. 241501). They arranged a picked up on June 3rd through aramex courier. Since then I have been calling up the call center on a daily basis. It has been close to 4 weeks and I still have not received the replacement.
Request your kind help to get a replacement / refund at the earliest.
