Damaging laptop- hardware and software

Hello Sir,

I am an officer in Indian Air Force. I want to lodge a complaint against the owner of Infotech Solutions, 5-6, GF, shubham coplex, sunrise park corner, opp prerna tower, vastrapur, ahmedabad ph. 079-26852312.

I gave my laptop to him for repair on 09 oct. During repair he copied some of my personal files from my laptop without informing me and also broke my laptop screen. He even refused to give me the bill of Rs 3000/- which I paid to him, however there is an entry of my name (jitendra) in his billing pad.

I request you to take strict action against him
