I had purchased a compaq laptop on 26/10/09 from vishal radios, Datia (M.P.) and has sent a D.D in favour of your company of Rs 5499/- and copy of bill & original bar code. Till today date 20/11 I had not received my gift. when I am going to get it? what is the current status? I posted my query on redemptuion site but there is no reply.
