Intarvo technologies/western digital hard disk
Hard disk not received since three months

Dear authorities,

i am varun mishra, a resident of karnataka (kgf).four months back i had purchased a hard disk belonging to western digital company.the hard disk started to malfunction after 3 days of purchase .i had spoken to the customer associate of the mentioned company and he advised me to courier the hard disk from my end and they promised to replace it within 11 days. Now its been three months and i still didnt get my hard disk.i speak to the customer associates every day and they just give me false information.the main person incharge-Mr Allam (ph no-09899286874) is also trying to neglect things.the address of the company is

the complaint no of my hard disk is, rma no-82149649 and the serial no of the hard disk wcat1f689147 (160 gb western digital)

please help me, because there is no one i can trust apart from u people..
