Tata Photon Not Activated

I have applied for Tata Photon Data Card. I got a data crad on 17th Nov, but till date not activated. I got a mail from [email protected] id, & call from vishal contact no-9871788923, that your data card is going activated, but till date not activated. I am not getting good response, kindly look into this matter. Its impact our work also
