Warranty returns

Sir,

i have Intel DH55TC motherboard, i submitted it at intel service center, intel service period for warranty replacement is 4-5 days but they take 19 days and they have not give me back my motherboard nor they contact me regarding about the update they say we send you as soon as possible but doesn't say when, they kept me in dark, they gave my friend replacement after 3 months and their policy is 4-5 days.

please help me, i think they are planning to take 4-5 month for replacement.here are the details.
