Sound Card not working

Dear Sir,

I brought one motherboard for my computer of INTEL from G.J. Enterprises, VAT No. 27380154357 V & CST No. 2780154357 C, from Vashi, Navi Mumbai 400703. With in 4 Months of purchase, the motherboard was creating problem. Then I contacted the Shop from where I had purchased & they had suggested to Contact directly to you.

In my Computer Sound section is not working Audio is not coming even though Speakers are connected. Motherboard is of Intel dh61 ww, Sr. No. btww11600cnp

Kindly help me to get the replacement.
