As my mail is not delivered to Intel then to which email ID I should sent

Yet I am waiting for the reply from Intel. The customer care is totaly irresponsible. I am from chennai and i am suppose to make STD calls to Bangalore for hours together to ask for a details and even after that there is no repsonsive reply.
For Intel alone there is no contact numbers (of Toll Free) and or specific email ID for clarification regarding warranty. Most of other foreign countries got toll free contact.
