My processor is faulty due to my computer is not working other all component are check & found ok but processor is not work

my computer is not working due to processor other all components are check they are found i.e. RAM, SMPS, Mother board (motherboard is new through replace). computer not geting VGA out put so pl solve my problem my other information are as under.

mother board - DG 35 EC

RAM - 2 GB

CPU - Core Quad 2.6 Ghz (cpu is on Warranty period)

pl tell me where is your service center in delhi. so I submit my processoer for repair.
