Eplacement of mother board under gurantee period

this is to bring to your kind notice that i have bought one personal computer from jhansi dealer named as SATYAM COMPUTERS, he installed motherboard of intel in it (945GCcr) this mother was in gurantee period, i ask retailer to replace it. but company refuses to replae it, motherboard is in gurantee period, plz let me know hat should i do to get it repalce, otehrwiase i will be taking some serious action, i am planning to go to consumer court
