Reaplcement of motherboard

Dear Sir,

I brought one motherboard for my computer of INTEL from mumbai. With in two years of purchase, the motherboard is not working properly & creating problem. Product & Markings: D946GZ-issl processor by intel service station no. isAZIS742001H2 & purchase Date is: 05-02 till now, the motherboard is not working.

Kindly help me to get the replacement.
