Intel I-3 Motherboad dispute

I have bought Intel I-3 processor in aug.2011 after 1 month my system automatically shutdown after 1 hrs. Regarding this i go to repair shop they says its motherboard is out of order. Its on warranty for replacement i submitted in nehru place delhi service centre they returned same board after next day and write its physical damage. I seen its ok when submitted, whats the mean of warranty, its total cheat.
