Dear Sir/Madam,
I am using the products of INTEX since long & never encountred any problem regarding service or techonology. I am using your 10 home theaters, Mobils, Laptops etc. The quality of products is nodobt awesome.
The goodwill of any company depends upon the after sale service it provides to the costumers. But sir, in recent past I am not that satisfied with the services I have recieved from your service centre located at Bhaskar Lane, Jayendraganj, Gwalior (MP). First of all, It is situated at 5th floor and no man power is provided to carry the goods from 5th floor to the car park of the building. Sir please think how can one hold such heavy products and carry it to 5th floor of the building. Its quite hectic. Secondly, the appointment of staff is horrible. They donot try to understand the problem of the costumer and uses indecent language. Thirdly, Its very difficult to get the information about your product. In nutshell, the service centre owner is not at all sincere & very careless.
Sir please look after the matter & try to fix it as soon as possible because such types of services leads to harm the market situation of the company. Please let me know the action you have taken regarding the matter because only after that I will visit again to service centre.
