Sir,

We are using various printers of HP brand science long time. One of our printers (HP Photosmart D5168) was having some problems, so we gave it to your authorized service centre Trisita Services Pvt. Ltd for necessary rectification, on during this period while rectifying our problem Trisita Services Pvt Ltd has lost the Rear Access Door of that printer. Since then we are requesting and persuading over phone, personally, but your authorized service provider is refusing the same and returned back the printer without necessary rectification and without Rear Access Door, and for that printer is now useless lying to us.

However, we have Escalated the problem and loss of Rear Access Door to you for several times, but unfortunately and reasons unknown no action has been taken from your end.

As a reputed brand like HP we expect better response for the customers.
