Sir, i purchase a KINGSTON 4GB PENDRIVE including 5 year warranty period but after 1 year it is not working well i have given my pendrive to the retailer from where i purchase for repairing but there is not satisfactory response from the side of company because it is under the period of guarantee i want a new pen drive if it is not repaired. i am not in the condition to buy a new one. please do me a favour in this regard.
