POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi,

I would like to make a complaint against the rude and brutal behavior from the Kingston service center employees. I think that they don't have any respect for their customers... once the product is sold, they just wash off their hands from their duties.

I purchased a 8 GB pen drive from a store in Nehru place..after few months the pen drive became non functional as it was not been detected by the computer. I went to the service center at kaushal bazar, nehru place. I explained them my problem... After 15 mins of DETAILED INSPECTION, Mr. Vasudev (Employee) told me that the pen drive can not be replaced, because of the physical damage. I told them to show me the area from where it was damaged... It was nearly a scratch, first they were unable to guess whether the mark was a scratch or a crack, then after requesting he called his senior Mr. Dinesh kumar (head (as told by him)), he refused to replace the pen drive and told me there is a crack on it..I asked him to show me the crack... it was nearly a blinder to watch from a naked eye... he inspected it from a MAGNIFYING GLASS... the way he talked with me was very rude and disrespectful..he didn't even listen to me and was only stick with a point that "we cannot replace it because of the physical damage... i cannot help u anymore"... these were the lines said by the head... if it would have been a severe physical damaged i would have not been so exaggerated, but it is so small that it is very difficult to sight without a magnifying glass... this is not done...

I am highly dissatisfied with the after sales service that kingston is offering to the customer... he nvr told me the alternatives to get it replaced or to get it repaired... it's just been 4 months, i bought my pen drive for rs 750... and he said me to throw away my pen drive as it is useless... IS THIS THE WAY A EMPLOYEE SHOULD TREAT A CUSTOMER AFTER THE PRODUCT IS SOLD.. MY QUESTION IS why the company is still making a product with such a low quality that it is not worth standing even 2-3 months ..ARE THE CUSTOMER"S MONEY SO CHEAP THAT THEY KEEP ON BUYING PEN DRIVES AFTER EVERY 3-4 MONTHS..and why is the warranty is for 5 year when no pen drive can stand.

Their product is not that strong/quality, they are cheating customer by making low quality product and giving 5 years warranty as they were aware that it will be break and than they would not have to accept as warranty condition.

MY APPEAL TO EVERY ONE WHO EVER IS READING THIS PAGE... PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM KINGSTON AS THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE IN MAKING CUSTOMER SATISFIED BY HELPING THEM IN ATLEAST REPAIRING THEIR PRODUCTS.

I want a reply from the higher authorities regarding what can be done is regards to my problem... or else i would wright about the poor customer support in every complaint forum..please revert me back on [email protected]... i will be waiting for any response from the KINGSTON..
