Dear sir,

I have purchased a 8Gb pen drive from Reliance digital city centre mall on 21 March sr no. DT120r/8GBIN.

Due to some problem, it was not working, so, I visited customer cervices for processing on date 18 April.

Initially they have commited that the product will reach to you maximum of 20 days. Now it is more or less 45 days has passed. Stil no reply from your side. When I try to contact to customer care, everytime they give some excuses.

Please take some necessory action.
