Hi Ceo Of aitel,
I am your elite customer from last 6 years. but the way i am getting service is WORST regarding airtel Internet services.
If something is not your control u should not take this business .. U re good in airltel mobile but not in braodband services.
I called 15 times regarding this.. from yesterday till now.. you customer service rep keep on saying we will send some one with in 4 hrs.
NO ACTION TAKEN TLL NOW>.
These guys forced me to send this email . becoz these things make me so disgusting that why i m using u re services...
WHY UNITED STATE OF AMERICA IS FAR BETTER THAN OUR COUNTRY
DUE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE... customer is GOD for them but here u re using us like dustbin.. if u wan to work ok if not no action going to take.,
I am working in Timer OF India as a reporter .. but this is so shameful that u guys are helpless to solve the problems..
case= my landline is not working... due to this net is not working.. who is going to pay the cost which i got affected from last 24 hrs..
moreover in your call centres u love to higher people but u hate to give customer service... And u dont have superviors or managers.. and agents are good for nothing.,.,
i never ever faced problem with airltel mobile... but this time i m feeling so bad i m work got stuck
