Not providing service

I have complaint agst. my Monitor which i have taken in last month that Model No. G195HQ, Serial No. ETLK20c0050130E0dd4003. your service centre is not providing support to us. last day i have talk to Mrs. Shukla over phone 033 24290626 and she assured to solve our probs today but now no one use to talk with us as well as to solve our probs.
