I was having some issue with my laptop (S/N: EB11668650) and I raised a case with the lenovo support on 30th March (Case Id: L03U00J2). I gave my laptop for repairing to the Hitech Informatics Pvt Ltd. center at Hyderabad on 31- March.
They mentioned it will take 3 working days to repair it but till now I have not received my machine. I have called the Hitech Informatics center many times starting from 7- April, they said they have received a wrong part and ordered for the correct part and not received the parts from Lenovo thats why they can't repair it.
I called the lenovo support team again on the 180030700010 to raise this issue to the lenovo, they said I have called to the Banglaore division and they can't help me to resolve this issue and I have to call to the Delhi Support team. They provided two numbers to call that division. 1800113324 and 01139196100.
Whenever I tried to call the toll free number (1800113324) it always says the line is busy and not able to connect at this moments. After so many tries on the other number (01139196100) I got connected to the support team but again have to wait for 40 minutes to connect to the support person.
The support person then said they are facing some issue with their systems and cannot fetch any of the details now so they took my mobile number and said they will contact me once it is ready. Till now I haven't received any calls from that team.
After that I could never connected to the 1800113324 or the 01139196100 numbers. I tried calling the 180030700010 number and they keep on saying they can't help me on this issue because the case id is generated from some other location.
As a customer perspective I am calling to a toll free number and it is nowhere mentioned that i am calling to a Bangalore or Delhi so I don't have to know whether I am calling to Bangalore or Delhi.
Now it already passed 21 days and i am still waitng for my laptop get repaired. Can anyone help me.
