Original documents for warranty, mistakenly sent to LENOVA (INDIA) PVT LTD;BANGALORE-560071, INSTEAD OF TO CHANNEL TECHNOLOGIES, NOIDA .SUSEQUENTLY MAIL AND SPEED POST COMMUNICATION SENT TO LENOVA (INDIA) PVT LTD;BANGALORE-560071 requesting TO SENT ALL ORIGINALS TO CHANNEL TECHNOLOGIES, NOIDA for sanction of required warranty. Not sent or returned to the customer. Due to your non-attendance and prompt response, additional two year warranty lapsed. Requesting immediate redressal and needed for extension of warranty (at free of cost as per privileges /conditions existed at the time of purchase), from that end.

If the bar-code is not matching please we need the full details because we have send all the details we have the proof also...
