I had purchased lenovo laptop model no. G-560, on 16th june' 2010 from unique infoways, nehru place, delhi. since the day of purchase the touch pad was not working properly. When showed to the dealer, they sent me to service centre, the person told to log in the compalint at the lenovo website, which I did, and for which I got the compalint no., but it is almost a month, my laptop is neither replaced, nor any response from the company, instead of repeated reminder and phone calls. The customer care line is also not working, and I am not able to contact them. I do'nt know what to do!! Please help me resove the issue at earliest possible.
