Didn't get refund after cancellation

I ordered a headset worth Rs.1710 through letsbuy.com with orderId: LSB-690624 on 5th december with full payment and I cancelled it on 10th december. It has been almost a month after that, but i haven't received any refund from them. I'm really frustrated with their service. These people are thieves.
